主旨： 函轉教育部委請國立空中大學研發「高級中等以下學校及幼兒園教師家庭教育數位學習課程」共 20 門，已全數於「教師 e 學院」數位學習平臺上架（網址： https://ups
moe.edu.tw/mooc/index.php ），請轉知並鼓勵貴校行政人員及教師上網選修，請查照。
說明：
一、 依據教育部 109 年 10 月 5 日臺教社（二）字第 1090144043 號函辦理。
二、 依「家庭教育法」第 12 條規定：「高級中等以下學校每學年應在正式課程外實施 4 小時以上家庭教育課程及活動，並應會同家長會辦理親職教育。」，因而，學校教師須裝備
家庭教育之專業知能，以應用於課程教學及活動實施；復依同法第 9 條第 3 項規定：各級學校之推展家庭教育工作人員，每年應接受 4 小時以上家庭教育專業研習時數，教育部
委請國立空中大學研發旨揭課程，以達成落實家庭教育「Easy Access-易學可及」之目標。
三、 旨揭課程適用對象包括學校校長、主任、一般教師、職員及家庭教育專業人員，檢附課程一覽表 1 份（如附件）。
