說明：
一、依據臺南市 112 年度高級中等以下學校推動兒童權利公約實施計畫辦理。
二、辦理方式：
(一)參加對象：本市國中、小三至九年級學生；分為國小中年級組、國小高年級組、國中組。
(二)獎勵：每組特優 3 件、優等 5 件、甲等 10 件、佳作 15 件，獲獎學生頒發獎狀，指導老師依「臺南市立高級中等以下學校教職員獎懲案件作業規定」辦理敍獎。
(三)收件時間與地點：即日起至 112 年 5 月 19 日(星期五)止（以郵戳為憑），寄達承辦學校北區立人國小輔導室游雅棠主任收，信封註明「兒童權利公約創意圖卡徵選」，寄送地址： 704 台南市北區立人里 1 鄰西門路三段 41 號，投件後請電話確認，聯絡電話： 2222054 分機 740 ；請同步於教育局線上填報系統編號 18188 進行線上報名。
(四)作品：
1.規格：形式以單面彩繪、剪貼、版畫、等平面設計呈現為佳。直式、橫式不拘， A4 尺寸大小圖畫紙 (規格不符，不列入評選)。
2.內容：可參考以下四個主題內涵任選一則為題，以簡要文字具體說明並搭配插圖呈現。
※主題內涵：「禁止歧視」、「兒童最佳利益」、「生存及發展 權」與「尊重兒童意見」。
(五)評選：主題內涵切合度 50%、創意表現 30%、版面設計編排 20%。
