淨零綠生活教學資源工具手冊特色簡介如下：
(一)依主題尋找適合教案：針對淨零綠生活不同面向，彙整 K-9 （幼兒園至九年級）不同程度的教案與教學資源共 21 案。每份教案緊扣淨零綠生活核心概念，設計不同教學活動帶領學生透過實踐淨零綠生活，成為改變的力量。
(二)依現場情況調整教學時間：每份教案的教學時間不等，教師可利用彈性課程時間進行教學，亦可擷取教案內容，在各領域以議題融入方式教學。
(三)作為教學準備的助手：每篇教案配有教學介紹、教學簡報與相關教學媒材，減輕教師的備課與教材製作時間。
(四)搭配「2024 年版淨零綠生活行動指引」使用：本手冊收錄之教案、教材對應淨零綠生活行動指引設計，建議搭配行動指引閱讀，能更完整瞭解教學內容。
