說明：
一、依據疾管署 114 年 10 月 8 日疾管感字第 1140500313 號函辦理。
二、因應世界衛生組織(WHO)於 2019 年將抗生素抗藥性列為全球十大健康威脅之一，為增進國中小學生及其家庭對抗生素抗藥性議題之認識，爰辦理旨揭徵件活動。
三、旨揭活動摘述如下：
(一)徵件主題：用對抗生素，健康得來速。
(二)參賽資格：國中小學生，分為國小 1-3 年級組、國小 4-6 年級組及國中組，共 3 組。
(三)參賽方式：至活動網址(https://2025cdcpainting.com 下載圖稿，並列印成 A4 尺寸，繪畫工具不限。
(四)徵稿時間：本(114)年 10 月 8 日至同年月 26 日(郵戳為憑)
(五)投稿方式：
１、實體投稿：請填寫線上活動報名表單(報名網址： https://2025cdcpainting.com ，並將正本作品及代理人同意書郵寄至「新北市新莊區思源路 490 號 5F-1」，收件人「2025 用對抗生素健康得來速活動小組」。
２、線上投稿：請填寫線上活動報名表單(報名網址： https://2025cdcpainting.com ，並創作完成之作品及上傳代理人同意書，掃描存成電子檔(JPG)上傳。
(六)獎勵辦法：每組設有金獎、銀獎及銅獎各 1 名，佳作 10 名，得獎者可獲獎狀 1 紙及禮券；得獎作品將於本年 11 月 15 日至 23 日假臺北光點公開展出。
四、請於學校網站或其他適當場所(如列印海報張貼或電子看板刊登等)推廣宣導，鼓勵學生踴躍報名參加。
