一、依據教育部 114 年 11 月 19 日臺教授國字第 1145602831 號函辦理。
二、有關公立幼兒園代理教師之職前年資採計提敘，係依據「教保服務人員條例施行細則」第 9 條第 6 項規定：「公立幼兒園代理教師具幼兒園教師資格者，其提敘薪級，比照公立幼兒園專任教師之規定。」
三、另依據「教師待遇條例」第 9 條第 4 項及教師職前年資採計提敘辦法（以下簡稱提敘辦法）第 3 條第 1 項第 11 款規定略以：「本條例第 9 條第 1 項及第 2 項所定服務成績優良，依下列規定認定之：…十一、中小學教師曾任已取得幼兒園教師資格之公立幼兒園契約進用教保員之年資，成績考核考列甲等，繳有證明文件者。」
四、本案公立幼兒園加置照顧服務人力，係依據教育部國民及學前教育署補助公立幼兒園辦理延長照顧服務作業要點第 7 點第 7 項規定進用之人員。是類人員雖依同項第 1 款、第 2 款及第 4 款規定，有關其進用、薪資支給、考核及晉薪等事項，準用公立幼兒園契約進用人員之進用考核及待遇辦法之規定，但其屬「幼兒教育及照顧法」第 20 條之延長照顧服務人員，而非「教保服務人員條例」第 10 條所列之教保員，爰非提敘辦法第 3 條第 1 項第 11 款規定之範疇，尚難採計其公立幼兒園加置照顧服務人力之年資。
