說明：
一、依據嘉義市政府 103 年 10 月 2 日府教社字第 1031514511 號函辦理。
二、參加對象：全國高中以下學校（含幼兒園）學生均可報名參加。
三、比賽組別： A.幼兒組（宜有家長或老師陪同）。 B.國小低年級組（ 1 、 2 年級）。 C.國小中年級組（ 3 、 4 年級）。 D.國小高年級組（ 5 、 6 年級）。 E.國中組。 F.高中（職）組。
四、比賽日期： 103 年 10 月 18 日（星期六）上午 9 時至下午 3 時止(遇雨照常舉行)。
五、比賽地點：嘉義市文化中心周邊景觀（含檜意森活村、北門驛、鐵道藝術村、博物館、森林之歌、獄政博物館），採戶外現場寫生方式自行取景。
六、報名須知：
(一)事先報名：團體或個別報名，請依報名表格式自即日起至 103 年 10 月 9 日（星期四）下午 4 時前，以傳真：（ FAX:05-2358022 ）、 E-mail ： test1234guy@yahoo.com.tw 或親送（嘉義市四維路 63 號，港坪國小學務處）任一方式報名皆可，並請務必再電話：（ 05-2369037＃131 ）確認始完成報名。凡預先報名之前 300 名，並於比賽當天完成畫作交件者，將發送精美禮物乙份，逾時概不受理預先報名。
(二)現場報名：採現場報名者，請於 103 年 10 月 18 日上午 9 ： 00 起至嘉義市文化中心中廊（嘉義市忠孝路 275 號），填寫報名表後發給寫生用紙 1 張，至當日中午 12 ： 00 截止報名。
