主旨：函轉教育部修正「學生懷孕事件輔導與處理要點」，名稱並修正為「學生懷孕受教權維護及輔導協助要點」，業經教育部於中華民國104年8月5日以臺教學（三）字第1040093973B號令修正發布，請查照
說明：
一、依據教育部104年8月5日臺教學(三)字第1040093973C號函辦理。
二、旨揭要點係教育部於94年7月28日以台訓（三）字第0940088864C號令頒，用以指導學校依法積極維護懷孕學生之受教權，並提供必要之協助。
三、依該「學生懷孕受教權維護及輔導協助要點修正規定」第十二、十三點規定，請各校於每學年末將學生懷孕事件之處理概況回報本局；另本局應將學校維護懷孕學生受教權之執行情形，列入學校校務評鑑之考核項目。
四、請加強宣導周知，以落實維護懷孕學生受教權。
