說明：
一、依據教育部體育署 104 年 9 月 14 日臺教體署學(二)字第 1040
028126 號函辦理。
二、教育部「校園安全及災害事件即時通報網」104 年 6 月至 9
月 14 日止，計有 18 名學生發生溺水死亡事件，其發生場域
大多是在溪河流，且多是學生利用假期前往未標示安全水
域戲水所致。
三、請務必加強利用各種管道如各項會議、學生課業輔導或活
動、返校日等集會時宣導，並利用學校網站、 LED 電子字
幕機、簡訊及電子郵件、家庭聯絡簿等管道，加強宣導。
另請經由社教機構，或辦理大型水域活動時，加強宣導水
域安全。另協請轄內有線電視系統業者以跑馬燈字幕刊播
水域安全宣導資訊，期有效透過貴府相關單位公布之安全
或危險水域資訊，進行宣導及防制等措施。
四、為了讓學生方便記誦，該署提出「救溺五步、防溺十招」
，請貴校務必加強利用各種管道向學生說明宣導（檔案可
至「游泳 121 網站」下載，網址：http://www.sports.url
.tw/）。
五、請將水域安全宣導及自救救生、游泳等概念納入學校年度
行事曆及課程計畫中，輔導各類科課程教師將旨揭概念融
入其適宜課程中，以深化學生自救防溺知能。
六、請於連假及一般假期開始前上課日，由班導師於所屬班級
加強水域安全宣導，提醒學生假日出遊安全。
