主旨：有關 104 年至 106 年「闔家安康-公教員工團體意外保險」第 1 年度保險期間屆期一案，請查照並轉知。
說明：
一、依據行政院人事行政總處 105 年 3 月 7 日總處給字第 1050034457 號書函辦理，並檢附原函影本。
二、經查旨揭保險之保險效力每 1 年度皆持續至該期保險費之保險年度屆滿時（第 1 年度為 105 年 3 月 31 日）為止，如保險年度屆滿並未申請不續保或退保，則視為續保。如員工有參加旨揭保險，且須辦理異動事宜，請務必與南山人壽保險股份有限公司（以下簡稱南山人壽）連絡；或依該保險公司於保險年度屆滿前寄送之屆滿異動通知作業。
三、南山人壽臺南服務人員目前於本府雙市政中心皆有駐點服務，如同仁有保險相關問題或加保意願，歡迎前往洽詢駐點服務人員，雙市政駐點服務時間地點如下：
(一)永華市政中心（本市政中心駐點服務至 105 年 3 月 31 日止）：
１、地點：二樓西側中庭木桌椅處。
２、時間：每週二、五上午 11 時 30 分至下午 13 時。
(二)民治市政中心：
１、地點：行政大樓 1 樓服務台。
２、時間：每週一上午 11 時 30 分至下午 13 時 30 分。
