主旨：為維護教師專業形象與校園廉潔風氣，惠請落實宣導校內教職員工廉政規範，建立不收禮、不送禮之公務倫理觀念，避免因私自收受餽贈衍生廉政風險問題，請查照。
說明：
一、邇來有因教師與家長互動密切，而有本私交情誼之財物餽贈情事發生，惟教師係教育專業人員，社會大眾對其職務行為期待較高，如有教師收受家長餽贈之情節，易造成社會負面觀感並影響校園廉潔風氣，倘又發生親師事件更生廉政風紀問題，徒增訴擾；爰此，惠請各級學校強化落實廉政倫理規範宣導，激勵教職員工廉能自持不收禮，婉轉告知家長不可送禮，以消弭送禮文化，避免衍生後遺，減少風紀問題。
二、請各校落實辦理公務員廉政倫理事件登錄作業，如教師遇有家長饋贈事件應於第一時間拒絕收受，無法於第一時間拒絕，應循校內程序陳報，由校方協助退回；若財物餽贈事件涉及職務上作為之請託關說或有對價關係之意思者，應循公務員廉政倫理規範之規定，於三日內陳報本局政風室，切勿自行退回財物。
三、近期發生多起教師收禮衍生親師糾紛事件，卻未見學校事先依廉政倫理規定處理或陳報備查，致衍生家長四處陳情指控之不良後遺、愈演愈烈，難以善後，學校端應嚴肅看待此一問題
