主旨：銓敘部令，自民國 106 年 1 月 1 日以後始任公務人員者，曾任所列經銓敘部銓敘審定有案之年資等 12 大類服務於政府機關(構)、公立學校之年資，得採計為公務人員休假年資；公務人員於 106 年 1 月 1 日前已依原規定核定有案之休假年資仍予維持，請查照。
說明：
一、本府人事處案陳銓敘部 105 年 5 月 9 日部法二字第 1054104228 號令副本辦理。
二、旨揭所列 12 大類服務於政府機關(構)、公立學校之年資為：
(一)經銓敘部銓敘審定有案之年資。
(二)政務人員年資。
(三)民選地方行政機關首長年資。
(四)公營事業機構具公務員身分之年資。
(五)公立訓練、矯正機構職業訓練師年資。
(六)公立社會教育、文化機構專業人員及公立學術研究機構研究人員年資。
(七)各機關(構)依組織法規所定得準用或比照教育人員任用條例聘任之年資。
(八)依法令任官有案之軍職年資。
(九)依法應徵入伍服役之年資。
(十)公立學校依教育人員任用條例進用之教育人員年資。
(十一)依聘用人員聘用條例、行政院暨所屬機關約僱人員僱用辦法聘(僱)用之年資。
(十二)公務員服務法適用對象之任職年資；或非公務員服務法適用對象，惟其任職得提敘俸級或採計退休之年資。
三、本案附表所列及銓敘部歷次函釋與銓敘部 105 年 5 月 9 日部法二字第 1054104228 號令未合部分，自 106 年 1 月 1 日起停止適用。
