主旨：函轉內政部有關辦理 105 年人口政策措施宣導活動，加強宣導婚育相關資訊、性別平等及多元性別觀念一案，請查照。
說明：
一、依據內政部 105 年 5 月 18 日台內戶字第 1051202268 號函辦理。
二、內政部人口統計資料顯示， 105 年第 1 季結婚對數為 3 萬 9,446 對，較去年同期減少 907 對，增加率為-2.25%；出生嬰兒數為 5 萬 1,426 人，較去年同期減少 1,083 人，增加率為-2.06%；出生嬰兒性比例為 109.2 ，高於合理性比例 104 至 106 ，仍有偏離性別結構均衡之現象。爰請積極持續營造「樂婚、願生、能養」之環境，鼓勵國人結婚、生育並倡導性別平等觀念。
三、有關鼓勵婚育部分，內政部業彙整 105 年度各機關辦理單身聯誼活動資訊（網址：http://www.ris.gov.tw/701）及各直轄市、縣（市）政府辦理生育津貼及相關育兒福利措施（網址：http://www.ris.gov.tw/682），請參考運用。本府所屬各機關學校如有辦理單身聯誼活動，得函知內政部併予協助宣導；相關生育津貼、育兒福利措施如有調整，亦請儘速函知，俾利即時配合修正，便利民眾查詢使用。
四、有關性別平等部分，請利用網站、視訊牆、電子看板、跑馬燈、公布欄及海報等多元管道，加強說明性別平等及尊重多元性別認同之觀念，宣傳文字如「男孩女孩一樣好，生來通通都是寶」、「尊重多元性別認同，共同營造友善環境」、「尊重不同性別取向，破除性別刻板印象」等，俾增進民眾對性別平等之理解，確保出生嬰兒性別比例不失衡，維護多元性別認同者之權益保障。
