說明：
一、檢送雲林縣政府「2017台灣燈會－全國花燈競賽」實施計畫 1份，請參閱附件。
二、旨揭計畫競賽組別及重要時程摘述如下：
(一)競賽組別：親子組（國小及幼兒園）、國中組、高中職組、大專社會組及機關團體組。
(二)網路報名時間：自 105 年 11 月 1 日(週二)至 105 年 12 月 25 日(週日)止
(三)圖檔及設計理念上傳時間： 106 年 1 月 16 日（週一）前上傳作品圖檔（成品）及設計理念說明書。
(四)收件時間及地點： 106 年 2 月 4 日（週六）至 106 年 2 月 5 日（週日）每日 9 時起 16 時止，送至「2017 台灣燈會-雲林縣虎尾高鐵站競賽花燈展覽區」。
(五)評審日期： 106 年 2 月 7 日(週二)、 2 月 8 日(週三)。
三、獎勵方式：各組錄取特優、優等、甲等及佳作，其錄取名額及評分標準如下：
(一)特優：至多 10名。（ 95 分以上），其中含燈王 1 名(由特優作品中遴選 1 名)。
(二)優等：至多 20名。（ 90 分以上）
(三)甲等：至多 30名。（ 85 分以上）
(四)佳作：至多 50名。（ 80 分以上）
(五)各獎項錄取件數，依參賽件數比例由評審委員會決定之，每組合得獎總件數不得超過該組參賽總件數二分之一，未達評分標準者則從缺。
