主旨：檢送考試院會同行政院民國 105 年 7 月 5 日修正發布之公務人員留職停薪辦法修正條文、總說明及條文對照表各 1 份，請查照。
說明：
一、依據本府人事處案陳銓敘部 105 年 7 月 7 日部銓四字第 1054123435 號函辦理，並檢附原函影本 1 份。
二、旨揭辦法修正，明定留職停薪人員於期間屆滿或原因消失後，得回復原職務或與原職務職等相當之其他職務、分條規定「應予」及「得申請」留職停薪事由、放寬申請育嬰留職停薪之期間，最長可一次申請至子女滿 3 足歲止、增訂留職停薪人員於留職停薪期間或屆滿之次日辭職或離職，不受應先申請復職之限制、明定留職停薪原因消失或屆滿逾期未復職者視同辭職之生效日期，以及為與各機關職務代理應行注意事項規定一致，修正薦任以下非主管人員留職停薪期間所遺業務，得依所代理職務之官等分別約聘或約僱人員辦理等相關規定。
三、旨揭辦法修正條文等登載於銓敘部全球資訊網/銓敘法規/法規動態項下及本府公務入口網、人事處 ishare 網站。
