主旨：公務人員及聘僱人員請娩假及流產假期間遇天然災害停止上班得以半日(未滿半日以半日計)為計算單位扣除，並向後遞延娩假或流產假期間，請查照。
說明：
一、依據行政院人事行政總處 105 年 7 月 22 日總處培字第 1050047368 號函辦理。
二、公務人員請假期間遇天然災害發生而停止上班，原請假期間本應改以停止上班登記，並保留公務人員後續依規定再行實施之權益，是女性公務人員於請娩假或流產假期間如遇天然災害停止上班，得自停止上班之時起，以半日為單位予以扣除（未滿半日以半日計），並向後遞延娩假或流產假期間。
三、至聘僱人員部分，依據行政院與所屬中央及地方各機關聘僱人員給假辦法第 5 條規定，其請假方式準用公務人員請假規則規定辦理，準此，聘僱人員請娩假或流產假期間遇天然災害停止上班，得以半日為計算單位扣除假期。
