一、本作業系統預定於本（ 105 ）年 8 月 30 日開始提供所有公保被保險人網路作業服務功能，服務項目有個人保險資料查詢、現金給付請領案件查詢及各項給付試算等，透過本作業系統可自行下載年資紀錄表、查詢個人公保年資明細、基本及異動資料查詢、查詢育嬰留職停薪遞延保費等，並可試算各項公保現金給付金額、查詢近 6 個月現金給付案件辦理進度，以及近 2 年現金給付案件已領紀錄。
二、本作業系統服務時間為每日 7:00–24:00 ，請至臺灣銀行全球資訊網http://www.bot.com.tw，點選左側「公保服務」項下之「公保 e 系統被保險人登入」，或直接連結網址https://gnweb.bot.com.tw/GNWeb/pen登入首頁。
三、使用本作業系統需以自然人憑證 IC 卡驗證個人身分，個人電腦需先安裝 SmartPKI 多憑證安控模組，請至本作業系統首頁下方「下載區」，點選多憑證安控模組(SmartPKI) 執行檔。
四、為配合國際標準組織提高網路傳輸資訊安全的加密通訊協定 TLS(Transport LayerSecurity)等級，以提供安全作業之環境，本作業系統網路傳輸加密通訊協定已於 105 年 6 月 22 日 19 時提昇至 TLS1.1 及 TLS1.2 等級，以加強網路連線安全。
(一)個人使用之電腦作業系統版本，須為 Windows 7 、 Windows 8 、 Windows 8.1 、 Windows 10 版本，方能使用本作業系統：若非屬上述作業系統(如 Windows XP 、 Windows Vista)，請進行升級。
(二)使用的瀏覽器為 IE8 、 IE9 、 IE10 等，亦請手動開啟 TLS1.1 及 TLS1.2 。
五、請將瀏覽器相容性檢視設定移除，並將https://gnweb.bot.com.tw/GNWeb/pen網站加入為信任的網站及設定語系為中文 UTF-8 。
六、上述說明三、四之（二）及五，其操作步驟請詳附件。
七、為使被保險人儘快熟悉操作，本部已編撰操作手冊及操作簡介，請至本作業系統首頁下方點選「下載區」，或至臺灣銀行全球資訊網左側「公保服務」項下點選「檔案下載」，即可下載參考。
八、為增進公保服務效率，本部積極推展即時線上服務，請轉知並鼓勵所屬公保被保險人踴躍使用。
