主旨：檢送修正「退休人員照護事項」中有關三節慰問金之規定，自一百零六年一月一日生效，請查照。
說明：
一、依據行政院 105 年 9 月 8 日院授人給揆字第 1050053161 號函辦理，檢附原函影本 1 份。。
二、有關退休人員照護事項中有關酌贈三節慰問金（含禮品、禮券）之規定修正如下：
(一)退休公教人員支（兼）領月退休金在新臺幣（以下同） 2 萬 5 千元以下者（兼領月退休金者係以原全額退休金為計算基準）、「因公成殘」之退休公教人員或退休時未具工作能力者，得酌贈發給慰問金。退休公教人員支領一次退休金者及退職政務人員均不予發給慰問金。
(二)行政院 58 年 11 月 11 日臺 58 人政肆字第 25975 號令、 60 年 6 月 2 日台 60 人政肆字第 6378 號令及 89 年 11 月 30 日台 89 人政給字第 211191 號函，與本行政院函牴觸部分，自 106 年 1 月 1 日起停止適用。原依修正前規定發給三節慰問金有案者，亦均自 106 年 1 月 1 日起適用本行政院函之規定。
三、有關「退休人員照護事項」中退休時之歡送及酌贈紀念品、重大疾病、婚喪慶弔之慰問或酌贈賀禮（或賻儀）等其他照護項目，仍維持現行規定，不受有關退休時年齡、任職年資或工作能力狀況等規定之限制，併予敘明。
