主旨：函請各校轉知學生踴躍參加 105 年度「光耀頭港頌讚神恩」文化季之第四屆福德盃寫生比賽活動，請 查照。
說明：
一、參加對象：全省各公私立幼稚園國民中小學、高中學生、大專院校學生暨社會人士都可以報名參加。
二、活動地點：臺南市學甲區光華里頭港 67 號「頭港鎮安宮」。
三、活動內容及時間：
(一)比賽時間： 105 年 10 月 2 日（星期日）上午 8 時各組報到，領取圖畫用紙。作畫時間上午 8 時 00 分至 15 時 00 分。交件時間上午 11 時 30 分至 15 時 00 分，作品完成當場交件。
(二)「頒獎」： 10 月 9 日(星期日)中午 12 時於「頭港鎮安宮」頒獎。
(三)活動方式：各組採「頭港社區」或「頭港鎮安宮」相關景觀為主以及內容能呈現「頭港社區」或「頭港鎮安宮」環境觀的寫生為主。（參加寫生比賽人員前 200 名交件時可領取福德爺系列紀念品乙份）。
(四)比賽組別： 1.幼稚園組 2.國小組 3.國中組 4.高中組 5.大專暨社會組
(五)評審辦法：由承辦單位聘請美術專家評審。
(六)此次活動平安保險費由承辦單位「頭港鎮安宮」辦理。
