~主旨：國家文官學院(以下簡稱文官學院)為拓展國內外培訓交流合作，汲取培訓新知，以提升中、高階公務人員前瞻視野，訂於本(105)年 11 月 2 日結合國際講堂專題演講舉辦「105 年度薦升簡訓練績優學員海外研習營成果發表會」，請查照轉知所屬踴躍參加。
說明：
一、依據國家文官學院 105 年 9 月 22 日國院交字第 1050600209 號函辦理。
二、旨揭活動相關資訊如下：
(一)時間：本年 11 月 2 日（星期三）上午 9 時 30 分至下午 4 時 10 分。
(二)地點：文官學院行政大樓 1 樓菁英講堂。
(三)專題演講：
１、主講人：德國在台協會歐博哲處長，歐處長曾任職德國外交部及駐匈牙利、沙烏地阿拉伯、法國、日本、巴西等國，並自 2014 年起擔任在台協會處長。
２、演講主題：德國與歐盟—歷史背景、現狀評估，以及我們與臺灣關係的相關性。
(四)海外研習成果發表：發表主題為「從德國處理難民經驗探討臺灣移民政策之挑戰與未來」、「臺灣與德國推動農業補貼政策之比較分析」、「談文化資產的地方性與經濟性—以德國波茨坦市為例」、「由德國推動工業 4.0 探討公私部門之跨域合作—以人才培育為例」等，計 4 場次，全程以中文進行。
(五)活動名額： 120 名，其中 60 個名額優先提供歷屆海外研習營參加學員及中、高階公務人員，其餘名額開放其他公務人員報名（http://www.nacs.gov.tw）。
三、參加人員名單將於本年 10 月 28 日（星期五）下午 5 時前，於上開網站最新消息公布，文官學院不另函通知。本活動將核予參加人員終身學習認證時數 6 小時，人員差旅費請各機關自行負擔。
