主旨：行政院人事行政總處（以下簡稱人事總處）規劃2017~2019「健康99─全國公教健檢方案」，請查照並轉知同仁踴躍利用。
說明：
一、依據行政院人事行政總處105年12月27日總處給字第10500633751號函辦理，並檢附原函影本及附件。
二、人事總處為促進公教員工自主健康管理，並確保合作醫療院所健檢品質，邀請符合資格之醫療院所(衛生福利部醫院評鑑為優等以上；花蓮、臺東及離島地區評鑑為合格以上)以新臺幣3,500元規劃健檢方案。適用人員範圍包含現職員工、退休人員及其眷屬，多數特約醫療院所並同意將服務於公部門的志工納入適用對象。欲使用旨揭方案時，請逕洽特約醫療院所先行預約，並攜帶健保卡、現職服務證或退休證明、志工服務手或眷屬關係證明文書前往。旨揭方案之特約醫療院所及其提供之方案相關資訊，請逕至公務福利e化平台（網址：https://eserver.dgpa.gov.tw ）公教健檢專區，或本府人事處全球資訊網/權益e點靈/健康檢查專區（http: //personnel.tainan.gov.tw/list.aspx?nsub=L0A100）查詢。
三、前往旨揭健檢方案特約醫療院所實施健檢之同仁，如同時符合本府暨所屬機關學校公務人員健康檢查補助原則（以下簡稱本府健檢補助原則）規定者，得檢據向人事單位申請健檢補助。惟如符合本府健檢補助原則資格之同仁，不於前述特約醫療院所實施健康檢查，依據公務人員保障暨培訓委員會104年10月22日公保字第1041060454號函（如附件）規定，須至經衛生福利部評鑑合格之醫院或教學醫院、經財團法人醫院評鑑暨品質策進會健康檢查品質認證之診所，或經勞動部認可辦理勞工一般體格與健康檢查之醫療機構（查詢網址：https://goo.gl/MkeS2W ）實施一般健檢，始得檢據申請健檢補助。
