主旨：本府及所屬機關學校員工持有之國民旅遊卡（以下簡稱國旅卡）， 106 年至 108 年繼續委由聯邦商業銀行為發卡銀行，請查照。
說明：
一、本次發卡對象係符合「公務人員請假規則」、「行政院與所屬中央及地方各機關公務人員休假改進措施」或「行政院與所屬中央及地方各機關聘僱人員給假辦法」強制休假補助費（慰勞假補助費）規定，且編列該補助費預算者；原持有聯邦銀行國旅卡者，不須再換發新卡。 106 年度起申辦之新卡，聯邦銀行將一律核發附加「悠遊卡」或「一卡通」之「VISA 悠遊御璽卡」、「VISA 一卡通御璽卡」或「JCB 悠遊晶緻卡」，倘同仁原申辦之國旅卡未具悠遊卡或一卡通功能者，可重新申辦。
二、符合前項發卡對象人員，如尚未申辦聯邦銀行國旅卡者，請協助儘速完成申辦手續，以維同仁請領強制休假補助費之權益。
