主旨：函轉內政部有關辦理 106 年人口政策措施宣導活動，加強宣導婚育相關資訊及性別平等觀念一案，請查照。
說明：
一、依內政部 106 年 5 月 15 日台內戶字第 1061201673 號函辦理。
二、內政部人口統計資料顯示， 106 年第 1 季結婚對數為 3 萬 6,456 對，較去年同期減少 2,990 對，增加率為-7.58%；出生嬰兒數為 4 萬 9,238 人，較去年同期減少 2,188 人，增加率為-4.25%；出生嬰兒性比例為 107.2 ，高於合理性比例 104 至 106 ，仍有偏離性別結構均衡之現象。爰請持續積極營造「樂婚、願生、能養」之環境，鼓勵國人結婚、生育並倡導性別平等觀念。
三、有關鼓勵婚育部分，內政部刻正辦理 106 年「遇見初 LOVE」單身聯誼活動（網址：http://www.ris.gov.tw/love106/），並彙整 106 年度各機關辦理單身聯誼活動資訊（網址：http://www.ris.gov.tw/701）及各地方政府辦理生育津貼及相關育兒福利措施（網址：http://www.ris.gov.tw/682），請參考運用。本府所屬各機關學校如有辦理單身聯誼活動，得函知內政部併予協助宣導，相關生育津貼、育兒福利措施如有調整，亦請儘速函知，俾利即時配合修正，便利民眾查詢使用。
四、有關性別平等部分，可研議拍攝具故事性、啟發性之微電影，或利用網站、視訊牆、電子看板、跑馬燈、公布欄及海報等多元管道，加強說明性別平等及尊重多元性別認同之觀念，宣傳文字如「男孩女孩一樣好，生來通通都是寶」、「尊重多元性別特質，破除性別刻板印象」等，俾增進民眾對性別平等之理解，確保出生嬰兒性別比例不失衡。
