主旨：擬請 轉知所屬單位師生，公共電視與震旦集團陳永泰公益信託合作-「傳善」2016 傳善獎影片教案，惠請 師生免費線上觀看及下載使用。請 查照。
說明：
一、震旦集團設立【傳善獎】，支持並鼓勵中型優秀社福機構以創新、有效率的方式，為弱勢族群提供更好的服務。
二、 2016 年【傳善獎】選出 8 家得獎機構，分別為「勵友中心」、「至善基金會」、「台灣失智症協會」、「婦女救援基金會」、「台北市視障者家長協會」、「黎明教養院」、「晨曦會」及「漸凍人協會」。並針對這些獲獎機構拍攝【傳善獎】系列影片。
三、延續影片內容發展為校園「品格教育」及「生命教育」之教材，期盼透過教育讓更多孩子認識這些優秀機構、經由它們看到各領域的狀況與困境、進而認同其付出的努力，將來願意參與公益事務，建立善的循環，讓善傳遞開來!。
